Due to the success of the Starters Sessions there will be a new starter session once per month on the first thursday of the calendar month. Book you place or email to let me know you are attending. These sessions are now £3 for new starters. Existing members have the choice of doing the beginners session and brushing up on basics or doing a Chi Sau workshop with Ben.
